Shoppers were unsure about best-before versus expired, which hurt trust and foot traffic. FoodSavers sells quality non-perishables past best-before at value pricing, but the message was getting lost. They needed awareness, education and consistent store visits.

SOLUTION
We reframed FoodSavers as the clean, quality best-before store for smart families, students and value hunters. Using social media, in-store flyers and local print, we educated on best-before vs expired in plain English, showcased tidy shelves and brand names, and promoted weekly “finds”. Audiences were segmented by need state (lunchboxes, pantry top-ups, beauty and home care), then targeted with simple offers and store-locator CTAs. Result, a brand that feels trustworthy, helpful and worth the trip.
